This is the first hitch for which I haven’t found a resolution without help in some time. People send email through the contact page, and they arrive where they should. Problem is that if I just press “reply”, and forget to check the to: email address, it’s sent to my address. The correct buyer’s email address is in the body of the message, I just need to remember to copy / paste it in the to: field. Is there a setting that I have possibly set incorrectly that’s preventing that from happening automatically?
