safara vs chrome displays

Greetings Ben!
I am having difficulty figuring out what is happening with my site displaying on Safari versus Chrome. And I also cannot figure out what is happening when I display on a laptop versus a 29″ desktop. Can you help me figure this out?
I tried to adjust padding, margins, full width versus stretched and I cannot get any consistency. What should I do?
