Scrolling lags

Hi!
I made a new page:

A little problem occurs. While scrolling the page it sometimes freezes. When waiting just a few seconds scrolling works again. When clicking random in the page scrolling is also working again. It seems not to occur anymore when all content is on the page (after the animations). Could it be that the lagging is caused by all the animatinos on this page?
I also have animations on my homnepage and the problem doesn’t occur there…
