Search bar and letters containing diacritics

Hello,
A couple of weeks ago I found the problem with the search bar on sites built with Virtue Theme. I could not type any of my national letters containing diacritics. I waited because I did not know exactly whether the issue came with the theme or the WordPress update. Few weeks passed and after a few updates the issue almost disappeared. There is still a problem with one letter, namely “ś” (uppercase: Ś Ś U+015A and lowercase: ś ś U+015B). Do you know where the problem comes from?
