Set WooCommerce shop sub pages to display corresponding products with pagination

I’m using the premium theme and WooCommerce. I’m creating a site that will have dozens of products. So I want people to be able to visit /shop/ as the shop page but also have /shop/chairs/ or /shop/clothes/ or /shop/clothes/belts/ display their corresponding products. But so far I’ve only been able to display products on the /shop/ page with category buttons at the top that filter the products when clicked.
I know I can use WooCommerce shortcode on the sub pages but that won’t allow me to display pagination if there are more than, say, 24 products. Is there a way to display pagination on a page like the demo page below? For instance if this category had 50 more products can I put pagination on the pages?
