Shipping costs

Hello again,
I have a quistion. In my wooccomerce webshop I want to make different shipping costs, but I don’t know how to do. I will try to explain what I want. In my shop there are different products like safety razors and, for example the baldes for it. Nou the blades are not that big and want t ship them in a envelope so I can reduce the shipping costs. If people order 4 or less boxes with blades then I can ship them for €0.95. But how do I arrange that, that if people order more they also pay more.
I tried it with weight, but then you see the weight at the product discription, and that is what I don’t want so maybe you now a good plu-in or another solution.
