Should I start with Gutenberg? Coming Soon plugin

I am going to be uploading Ascend Premium. What is your take on Gutenberg? Would this be the time to try it out before uploading Ascend, etc.? My host provider suggesting waiting.
Also, I am thinking of using Coming Soon plug in, *Login to see link What do you think of that plug in. I know I need to be aware of the cache with it on other computers who view it. The plug in seems to have a secret link so persons I choose can view it while I am working on it. Input appreciated.
