shrink header on mobile

Hi,
Two questions about the mobile header:
1. The shrinking header is not totally working on mobile. It looks like the text doesn’t shrink with the header while this works fine on a desktop.
2. How can I change the color the header when start scrolling? Now it is transparant in the beginning and when you start scrolling it gets white. I would like to change this color.
