Single Portfolio Navigation: go to portfolio type?

Hello,
the theme options allow to set the Single Portfolio Navigation Options all portfolios page to an existing page. Is it possible to add a link to the portfolio type page instead? What I want to do is to be able to go from a single Portfolio to the Portfolio Type of that portfolio. If there was an option to actually enter the url I could use *Login to see link
