Single Post Layout Content Background Color can ONLY be set for Desktop

Hey Guys,
I can set the Single Post Layout Content Background Color for Desktop screens just fine (through the customizer).
But when I want to set the color for Tablet or Mobile, nothing happens. It stays white, no matter what color I choose.
Am I missing something?
