Site is not verifying reCAPTCHA solutions

I am using the wp forms plugin for my site and a google reCAPTCHA on each form. People are not able to submit forms. I am getting the following error message. Any suggestions on a fix? “We detected that your site is not verifying reCAPTCHA solutions. This is required for the proper use of reCAPTCHA on your site.”
