Slider Pro pink lines between navigation dots

Hello,
A client is seeing pink lines between two navigation dots at the bottom of a Slider Pro block (see attachment). They are using Safari on a Mac when seeing this error. I’ve tried replicating the problem on my end but everything looks fine when I view the page in Chrome, Safari and Firefox on a Mac. Any idea what could be causing this inconsistent issue?
