Slow down the logo transition speed for sticky header

When scrolling down, the transition speed of the logo when shrinking for the sticky header is very fast (almost instant). I have tried finding the proper class and applying various types of transition settings but with no luck. I’ve even tried applying !important for all my attempts but apparently I’m just not finding the right class? I would like the transition to be slower when transitioning into the sticky header as well as transitioning back out of the sticky header. Thanks!
