slow loading site

Hello,
My website is loading pretty well on my own pc.
But if I watch it on another laptop or pc at somebody others home, it is loading pretty slow! Also heared this problem from other people!

Also this page seems to load verrrry slow on peoples computers… *Login to see link
Ofcourse it is pretty big with video’s etc. but my computer is loading it well..
Are there any solutions to optimize the loading speed?
