Smooth Scrolling and Sidebar on Search Page

Hi
I have a problem with the function “Smooth Scrolling” in the following themes:
1) Ascend Premium – does not work
2) Virtue Premium – does not work
3) Virtue Bold – does not work
And also, in the theme Ascend-Premium does not work the parameter “Search Results Settings => Search Results Layout”
