Some Profile Photos Not Showing Up In Blog Archive

Hi, finally a premium user! Thanks for all the help,
I want to have a place where people can browse all of my posts from a specific category. I discovered that I can pull up an archive of that category of posts.
However, any posts that I created before a specific date are missing profile photos and there seems nothing that I can do.

I have tried all of the options in the drop down menu Blog Post Summary Default and I even set a Default Post Summary Feature Image
Can you tell me what I can do to get the photos to show up?
