Hi – I’ve searched through the forum but haven’t found a solution I can implement, unless I’m missing something.

I’ve been installing starter templates since they first were available and never had an issue. Now I’m in WP 5.9 and in a new site build with all the kadence plugins installed and kadence block pro widgets activated, I’ve been trying to install a starter template and get the “import complete” and “error 500” message.

I don’t know how to sudo like one of the other members suggested, and I don’t know if I have to ask my host to make changes to my php settings. The current version my site is using is php 7.3.

I’ll be happy to give more details if needed. Thanks in advance for your help!
