Stick y header fouls anchor links

I am using Pinnacle Premium and Site Origin Page Builder on a single page site with a menu employing anchor links. The anchors are set at the beginning of the appropriate row. Nothing unusual but when you click a link and it takes you to the appropriate content, the sticky header obscures the top of that content. I have looked through your knowledge base and searched your forum and found nothing that helps. I see that other people have had this problem. I tried putting my anchors higher on the page to compensate. This works on a full size screen but is a disaster on mobile devices. Do you have a solution that works?
