Hi Hannah!

My sticky header top row background doesn’t show up when the transparent header is on. I’m not referring to the actual transparent header because I know that is supposed to be transparent. I’m referring to the header that it changes to when you scroll down (sticky).

I’m trying to have a black background with the top row only of the sticky header (other two row backgrounds are white). When I toggle off the transparent header it works great but it doesn’t when it’s active.
