Sticky Headermenu and widget background

Hello dear kadence support team and users!
I installed my kadence vertue prem template today and switched the header menu to sticky. It was sticky in the beginning, but that changed and I cant find the reason for this behavior. My website ist *Login to see link . Youll see the red header menu – its not stick although the setting is switched on. My settings are:
Basic, with shrink for sticky
Header fixed
Header fixed for mobile
The Header logo and menu are does not shrink – thats wrong too.
My second question: Is there a way to place a background image behind a call-to-action widget on the front page?
