Hello!

I have 12 domains using the Ascend theme with an API key that has unlimited usage.

For THREE out of these 12 themes, a strange message is appearing at the top of the website. Two sites are visible below the message, and one site will not load at all. I cannot log into WordPress for any of these sites either. There is a fourth website that shows the same strange message quickly but then it disappears.

Here are the URLs of the sites in question:

The one which will not load at all =

The two which have the message permanently displaying are:
(NOTE: The website owner says this site will not load at all on her end!)

The one which shows the message temporarily:

The text of this strange message reads as:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/customer/www/jennsavage.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/ascend_premium/themeoptions/redux/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php on line 29

The website owner of Jenn Savage can also see this message on her end:

Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/jennsavage.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/ascend_premium/themeoptions/redux/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php:29) in /home/customer/www/jennsavage.com/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1329

Please advise us on what is happening and how to fix it!

Thanks so much!
-Amber
