sub menu open only if clicking on the arrow fix

Hi! in my mobile version i want the submenu to open when clicking anywhere in the same line and not only in the arrow. fist of all i have made a text button with no link so that the title wont open in a new tab but still you have to click only in the arrow to open the submenu. how can i make the hole line clickable to open the submenu?
