I am currently using WPForms plugin. They indicated they currently do not have that functionality but will keep it in mind for the future. They offered this link in the meantime, Any suggestions on a plugin or htaccess modifications to block countries from using a specific WPForms contact form or access to website?

I am also currently using Loginizer/Brute Force but only can blacklist IPs manually, plus IpBlocker in control panel. I assume if I use another plugin for this, I would need to uninstall Loginizer to avoid plugin conflict?

My host provider gave me the following links to consider via the htaccess modifications. I was given some links on how to modify htaccess for countries but may be beyond my confident learning curve right now.

Trying to find a more automatic way so some of my websites are not getting spam contact forms, primarily from Russian Federation. So, finding the best, most efficient, and freedom from plugin conflicts would be great. Your input always appreciated.
