Suppress title/subtitle on a single page

Using virtue premium. Trying to suppress the title/subtitle on a single page using the full-width template. It keeps leaving a space for it and includes two faint lines look like the top and bottom border.
On the settings for that page, “subtitle” is left blank and “show page title” is set to “hide”.
