Swap image on hover

Hi,
Is there any block that allows an image to be swapped on hover? Either by setting a background image, and having the opacity of the main image change on hover, or by selecting two?
It’s not an Ecommerce site, so can’t use any Woo Modules, but it doesn’t look like either Image Overlay or Advanced Image supports this?
