Switch from Ascend theme to Kadence theme

I have a client who is using the Ascend theme, but I really like the new Kadence theme. I have tried to install the Kadence theme on a development version of the site, but it involves a lot of work to edit settings, etc. Are there any tools that will allow me to get at least a head start in moving the site from Ascend to Kadence theme? I know any code customizations will have to be manually handled, but if it’s a matter of clicking checkboxes and entering numbers into the customizer there might be a way to just move them over automatically?
I can be sure to be using the latest version of both themes and have a purchased license if that makes it easier.
