Table of Contents H4 Not Showing

Hi, I have added a Kadence Table of contents to a post with H2, H3, H4. I’ve toggled these 3 to be shown in the contents. But all the H2 and H3 are not shown, and only H4 is shown. If H4 is not toggled on, then H2 and H3 are both shown. Attached are screenshot markups.
I’ve updated WordPress and Kadence to latest version.
I’ve also deactivated all plugins, but the issue still persists.
That said, not all blog posts have this issue. There is another blog post where all h2, h3 and h4 appear when h4 is selected.
