Testimonial Blocks Help!

I have my website nearly what I want it to be. My last issue is the testimonial block on this page: *Login to see link
It shows 4 on mobile, 3 on Tablet, and two on mobile. It looks horrible with two on mobile. Is there a way to edit it to show only one?
I can’t find a setting to edit what’s displayed.
