Testimonial Grid Page – thumbnail size

Hi there, I have searched the forum but did not find exactly what I am looking for. On the grid page for the testimonials, can you tell me how to increase the size of the thumbnail image from 60px to 100px? I am not concerned about the carousel widget, just the testimonial page. It would be awesome if you would bake in a setting for “image / thumbnail size” on the template page for this. Look at this page to see what I am asking about:
