Testimonials Block: Fade Transition Instead of Scroll

I would like the testimonials in the testimonials carousel to fade in and out instead of scroll. How would I go about doing this? I see some older (2018 and 2019) solutions specific to the Ascend theme, but nothing current and specific to Kadence theme.
