Text Layout and fonts

Hi, perhaps a silly question, but trying to create text fields on my home page between sliders.
The editors do not give the flex to modify the text in different sizes of fonts. Also the standard editors which let you choose diff headings do not work well.
Perhaps you have a simple solution?!
