the 'Visual style" button on a page builder

Hello!
I am using a visual editor on a page builder. I would like to make grey background overall across the screen. In youtube tutorials there is a ‘visual style’ button which is not in my page builder. I can add a background to a post, but not overall the page. Is there any way to do it?
I am also not able to make the Comments visible at the end of the page. The screen options comments button is on. How can I make them visible?
