Theme does not work

I liked the free version so I just purchased the Premium version, installed it and everything goes blank.
I removed the theme, reinstalled it: same thing happens. Disabled all the plugins: same thing.
Kindly tell me how to fix it, or refund me, please.
Also I assume that the premium version copies all the setting I set up in the free version.
