‘Theme Options’ is not available under ‘Apperence’ in Premium

I recently bought the premium virtue theme. I’ve been using the free version for almost a year. I copied my data from my free theme and then activated the premium. It says I’m supposed to then go the ‘theme options’ under ‘appearance’ and paste the settings so they transfer over to premium but ‘theme options’ isn’t even available.
Anyone else run across this? Would love to get my premium version up and running!
