Theme Options not saving

My settings are not saving in the Virtue Theme Options. For instance when I’m in the Misc Settings and I try to change the e-mail [email protected] or anything else in there such as my fav icon, nothing saves and it reverts back to the default settings. I using the latest versions of the theme and plugs ins etc. I’ve tried disabling my plug ins to see if there is a conflict but nothing helps. You previously mentioned it might be a java problem with a plug in but it doesn’t see to be. Please can you help?
