Theme update

Dear Support,
I just noticed that a page I am working uses Virtue Premium version 2.3.8 whereas the latest is version 3.5.2. Do you know why I do not get notified about theme updates? How can I update the theme then without delete and reupload? I am actually missing some things such as the Virtue Image Menu widged.
The site is *Login to see link but you will not see much because maintanance mode is enable.
