Hi, you helped me once, so I decided to apply for your help once again.
So, could you please help me with making my menu work with scroll to id plugin, please?

I looked through and tried many times the instructions of the plugin, but it does not work, so I guess there is something I do wrong in my console settings.
For example it says that I need to open Appearance, then Menu and add the “URL of my section”. So where can I know and create the URL of my section? and what do they mean by section? Should be that a post? Or they mean a widget I add to the page content via page-builder? How to ensure that it scrolls me down to the same page, when I click the menu item, but does not open another page (which I’m facing now).

Then, does it matter what is the reading settings of my site? What should be the settings there for the front page display? “Your latest post” where the posts are that sections, or I should keep “static page”? with front page or post page?

I will appreciate your help as i have no coding skills and it takes me already too long to crack the issue.
