Top navigation not working on mobile devices

Hello! My top nav menu is not working on mobile devices. Check out http://www.copelandcompany.com on any mobile device smaller than an iPad. When you click on the nav drop-down, it flashes on and off the screen. This happens on every device I’ve tried using Chrome Inspection Tools. There must be a jQuery error somewhere. Can you help me?
