I have a topbar enabled:

Theme Options – Topbar On

I have no widgets in the topbar and I am using absolutely no custom CSS on the site.

On initial display of website all appears as it should. An empty topbar then below that a header with 2 extras and logo.

When I Pagedown then Pageup the header and topbar disappear substituted by a blue background.

This behavior applies to all pages, not just the Home page. But again, only when Pagedown and Pageup.

I suspect a parm is causing this but darned if I can identify it.
