Transfer from very old theme

Hi all,
I have a site with a VERY OLD theme that has not been supported for a number of years. I need to move it to my/your Pinnacle theme as this old theme is not compatible with PHP 7.
My problem and my concern is that the way the old theme worked is to take Amazon products and publish them as Posts. They did not have Woo Commerce when the theme was created. There are over 10,000 items/products in 8 categories. How can I install Pinnacle and still keep all the products in their respective category? If I have to move these all to WooCommerce Products how will I do that?
