Transparent header: change logo and menu colors for single-post

Hi,
I use the transparent header on my website. The header just contains a logo on the left, menu and search icon on the right.
I now have the problem that I need the exact same transparent header on the single post page just with another logo and other navigation colors. I tried but not sure how to do that…
Hope anybody can help me and thanks in advance!
