Getting lots of “Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener due to target being treated as passive” errors in Chrome.

I have googled around and it seems to be a known issue, where the fix is needed in jquery.nicescroll.js (eg see

From what I can tell, this fix is needed within the Theme? If so, do you have plans to fix it? Or is there a workaround?
