Unable to Subscribe and get access to Wireframe

I am currently using a Free Kadence theme and trying to subscribe and get free access to wireframe sections. However, for last 3 days I am not able to get access to them. Every time, I got an error that “error attempting to subscribe, please reload our page and try again”.
I am new to website development and appreciate if someone could help me to sort out this issue. I have attached here screenshot of the error.
