Unable to upload recently purchased Virtue Theme

Hi,
I purchased the Premium Virtue theme via the Kadence website.
I am unable to upload the Premium Virtue Theme to WordPress due to the following error;
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.
Can someone please advise.
