Unable to use Kadence Blocks Pro on Virtue

Hi Support staff,
I am unable to use the kadence blocks pro plugin,
on the demo page (*Login to see link when you click the + button in top left corner the “kadence Blocks” menu is visible. on my site that option does not exist. The remainder of the options are still there.
