Updates not showing available

Hi
For many months we have always updated virtue premium by clicking “update” in the wordpress dashboard when notified one is available. This has always worked great and retained our settings, custom css etc.
Recently when checking the wordpress admin we are now unable to see an update is due. We would like to install the latest update (3.3.5?)
The site in question is currently using version 3.2.9 but the dashboard shows that the theme is up to date and no updates are currently showing as available.
All other Plugins still notify when updates are due and update as normal.
I have raised issue with the hosting company and they checked php version etc but still no success.
Hope you can help as would really like to continue with auto updates.
We have been really pleased with Virtue Premium.
