Updating to Premium from the free version

Hi I have just purchased your latest premium version of kadence but cannot seem to find where to uplaod the premium theme into my wordpress site. Please an you advise how I should do this.
I have gone to Appearance – Theme Options – Import / Export . Import options (Import from file) I then click on Import from file and it gives me a Warning message message and “Input your backup file below and hit import to restore your sites options from a back-up.
No idea what to put in there. I don’t really have anything I want to save from my initial testing of the free version and simply want to upload the new premium version.
Please can you advise how I can do this?
