Use theme for another website

Didn’t know whether to put this in a ticket or not. So I put it here and emailed it too. I have a Virtue Premium theme account. I understand I can use it on other websites as well, right?
I am working on a homeowners assoc website and like this layout below. I assume I can do this with either Virtue or Pinnacle, right? The theme I am currently using for the HOA WP site originates from India. I really like this homepage layout and header for each page. And would like to stay with this layout for now. I assume Virtue or Pinnacle can do this right?
You’ve been so great with helping me with another site and you are in Montana, good ole USA. I prefer to work with US companies particularly for tech support. Which theme do you think would work best with an HOA site? It will have secure log in/register of community members, plus a few admin working on it. It will also house homeowners assoc documents, announcements, Member directory, News, events/activities/calendar, surveys/questionnaires, Photo Gallery.
They want it as simple and user friendly as possible. Don’t think at this time they will be doing any ecommerce/i.e. dues payments, etc. What do you think?
