Using dropdown menus

Hi all!

So the content on my website has become a bit too much to handle on single pages, even using tabs, so I’d like to start using dropdown menus. Specifically, when you hover over the menu at the top of my site, I’d like the menu to dropdown and so you can select the page you want from there.

Specifically, I’d want to start with a page like . As you can see, I have lots of tabs there, but If I know how to use dropdown menus, I’ll replace the tabs and just use the menu system instead.

It’s been a while since I updated my site, so maybe this is really simple, but I just don’t know how to go about it. If someone could point me in the right direction/tell me how to do that, I’d be most grateful.
