So, I am using Virtue with WooCommerce. Versions are current. When a costumer places an order they are sent to paypal to pay. All this works and the order takes. The email from the WP side of virtue/woocommerce does not get sent to the costumer. Instead I receive in my spam:

I went through the Order details in WP and found

Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address ([email protected]). Order status changed from Pending Payment to On Hold.

It appeared there were two different emails in paypal so I switched to the one I have on WP and it is still not working. I really have no idea if this is a Virtue thing or a woocommerce thing. If anyone know anything that may help that would be great. In WP woocommerence/settings/email I have:

HTML template

Delete template file
This template has been overridden by your theme and can be found in: virtue_premium/woocommerce/emails/customer-on-hold-order.php.

Should I click delete template file? Or, leave it the way it is. I have tried both but neither work.
